Before proceeding to fill out your form, you'll want to have the following completed and accessible:
If you reside in the Capital Regional District and are a dog professional (ie, are paid for dog related services), you can be an active voting member of the CRADP, and a member of the CRADP Board. You also have access to the CRADP Group Medical and Dental Benefits for an additional monthly fee (see below). You must abide by the CRADP Best Practices, hold a valid CRD Permit if you use CRD Parks, and remain a member in good standing.
Once your form is completed, you will receive an invoice for your annual membership; you can pay by etransfer
If your business is located on Vancouver Island, but outside of the Capital Regional District you can be an associate member; this membership does not include voting rights or access to becoming a member of the board, but does allow access to extended medical and dental benefits. You must abide by the CRADP Best Practices, and remain a member in good standing.

For an individual owner or employee
For two or more people in a family living in the same household, owners or employees
If you use CRD for dog related services on a regular basis, you will require a permit. Review all the requirements and submit your application by clicking the link below/
